  • Ideate and create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and wherever else brands need to be.
  • Shoot, edit, design, and basically work magic with your phone and laptop.
  • Stay plugged into trends so we’re always ahead of the curve.
  • Work with designers and account managers to make content calendars come alive.

  • 3+ years making content that performs for brands in an agency setting.
  • Solid editing chops (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut—you name it).
  • A good sense of humor, because social needs it.
  • Experienced in content planning, social asset production, and real-time content creation.
  • Fluent in visual storytelling with a sharp eye for detail, pacing, and platform-specific best practices.
  • A portfolio of posts, reels, or campaigns you’re proud of.
  • Experience in both studio and UGC-style production settings, with the ability to blend both approaches.

  • Highly organized with a strong sense of initiative.

Brand Base Camp

Your Responsibilities

As an intern at Brand Innovation, you won’t be making coffee (for anyone else), you’ll be making real contributions. Whether you’re a budding Designer (graphic or UI/UX), aspiring Art Director, sharp-witted Copywriter, Brand Strategist, or business-minded operator, you’ll dive headfirst into meaningful projects from day one.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams, contribute ideas in brainstorms, and gain hands-on experience shaping work that’s bold, insightful, and built to move brands forward. Guided by experienced mentors, you’ll sharpen your skills, build your portfolio, and get a real taste of what it means to bring creativity and strategy to life in a fast-paced agency environment.

How It Works

We offer four, 3-month-long internship programs a year. Starting January, April, July and October. Over the course of three months, you’ll be embedded in our day-to-day work, joining internal meetings, collaborating on live client projects, and participating in team critiques and creative reviews.

You’ll have regular check-ins with your mentor, gain exposure to different departments, and build your skills through hands-on learning. Expect to walk away with real-world experience, a stronger creative voice, and portfolio-worthy work that reflects your growth.
